A clear process for Tecronna client engagements
Service packs and project work are documented before delivery begins.
This page explains the usual agreement process for Tecronna services. It is a practical overview; the documents signed for a specific engagement define the binding terms.
Discuss a projectStart with the right level of detail
A first conversation can focus on the business need, service fit, timeline, and delivery constraints. Where sensitive information is needed, the parties may agree an NDA or suitable confidentiality clause before it is shared.
Document the selected pack or service
Before delivery begins, Tecronna and the client document the selected pack or service, scope, deliverables, planned timing, commercial terms, assumptions, and acceptance criteria. A Statement of Work may provide the project-specific detail.
Deliver, accept, and hand over
The agreement identifies how progress, approvals, payments, acceptance, ownership, source-code access, credentials, and handover will be handled. Maintenance, hosting, and ongoing support are included only when stated in the applicable agreement.
